Geckos aren't Concierges!
- but they are a permanent residents here on the Mauna Lani Resort, just like me! I spent the last 20 years teaching and providing Service, I am a true believer that "Service is a relationship!", which is proved by the number of return guests that I have coming back each year to visit our beautiful Island!
- As the Director of Education at Starkey International Institute for Household Management, it was my responsibility to educate my students about the true meaning and methods of Service to those that can most enjoy it.
My Services
Concierge Services for Home owners, that is more than just being a name to call. Your Service desires are planned during our first meeting, need to be picked up at the Airport, need groceries in the house, flowers upon arrival, house cool and welcoming upon arrival, the service is for you and your family.
Property Management for Vacation Rentals. All guests are met upon arrival no matter what time of the day.

If you need Services Provided, as long as it's not illegal or immoral, I can provide it for you, whether it is friends that need to be transported to the Beach Club from the Cruise Ship, or a Private Picnic only reachable by Helicopter....you name it and it shall be done!
